Copyright Infringement Notice and Takedown Procedures
Northstar Show Systems respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. This policy describes the procedures for reporting copyright infringement on the Northstar Customer Portal and other Northstar-hosted services, in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512).

Upon receiving a valid counter-notification, Northstar will forward it to the original complainant and restore the material within 10–14 business days unless the complainant files a court action.
Northstar will terminate the accounts of users who are repeat copyright infringers. A user is a repeat infringer if Northstar receives more than two valid DMCA takedown notices regarding content uploaded by that user within any 12-month period.
Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), any person who knowingly misrepresents that material is infringing, or that material was removed by mistake, may be liable for damages. Please consider whether the use of the material constitutes fair use before submitting a takedown notice.
